We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Anastasia Beverly Hills. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of products in new or gently used condition within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS or USPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
